Pure fruit, signature minerality, structured tannins and a whole lot of earthy goodness define this balanced and elegant wine. Still young, but ready if you are...with a decanter, of course! Otherwise, it does have the potential to age at least until 2024. Pair with a coq au vin, roasted beet terrine or duck confit.
